Caregiver Qualifications
Our caregiver requirements include:
- Adhering to our culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence
- Level 2 background screening
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver’s license
- CPR certificate
Additional Requirements
Additionally we require our caregivers to either have received the following training prior to hire or we will provide the training prior to placement with a client:
- Alzheimers/Dementia Home Care training
- HIV/AIDS care training
